I’m Lexi Grey - a neurodiverse creator, business coach, designer and founder of Bold & Playful Designs (previously known as Special Kind).
So you’re curious how it all began?
I guess I always loved drawing. Probably from when I was approximately 4 and a half bananas tall, or from the point I understood what a crayon did.
I also loved learning how things worked and solving problems...creatively.
This took me on a journey of studying Graphic Design in college and follow on to get a degree.
I learned that design was a universal language through which we can communicate emotions and appeal to a certain type of person before they even read a single word.
I set up my business as a graphic designer straight after graduation in 2014. It became my greatest passion, to help people. Help other independant business owners stand out and grow.
As they say “The rest is history”.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me:
Going on adventures with my partner and kids.
Learning something cool from TED Talks by day and watching a good Netflix series like Gilmore Girls.
Doodling cute little creatures for my Etsy shop: Adorably Strange.
